Description:
The city of Helsinki's construction services company, Stara, requests your offer for the products needed for the production and fixing of traffic signs in accordance with this request for tender and the documents attached to it. Procurement is about purchasing goods. The object of procurement are aluminum ones plate bases and traffic sign fixing accessories and traffic sign image blanks (facets). The offer must be made using the tender form attached to the request for tender (Appendix 2). The offer can be made for aluminum sign bases and traffic sign fixing accessories (Part 1), or traffic sign of image blanks (Part 2). All products of the product group must be offered in order for the offer to be included in the offer comparison. Partial offers are allowed so that the offer applies to part 1 (items 1 and 2) or part 2 (item 3) of the tender request. The procurement quantities presented in the tender documents are estimates of 12 months' consumption, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer. The customer selects one (1) supplier for both areas, with whom it enters into a framework agreement.
