Description:
Southeast Finland University of Applied Sciences (later XAMK) requests tenders for growth from modern air traffic to the expert services needed for the project for the Eastern Finland project. The project is funded by the Uusimaa Regional Council from 1.1.2024 to 31.12.2026. The expert report must be ready at the latestBy 31.12.2025. The review takes into account the operation, costs and patients of the service systemperspective. The availability of ambulance flights improves the attractiveness of the regions by making specialized medical care more accessible and, on the other hand, the rise of ambulance flights could create a new market for specialized airlines. The study will map the following entities:How ambulance flights could improve health care services in eastern Finland and look at the profitability of operations from the perspective of an air transport operator.
