The Kemi-Tornionlaakso educational municipality group Lapland, Vocational school Lapland, the automotive and logistics sector unit in Kemi (hereinafter the "customer") requests a bid for a new
3-axle fully electric truck (truck locomotive) and technical support services in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices.
Kemi-Tornionlaakso's educational municipal association Lapland manages the project
introduction of alternative power sources of heavy equipment in Lapland (project no. A76125) from ERDF funds, within the framework of which the procurement is carried out.
The project includes two separate areas, which are the development project and the investmentthicket The development project investigates the usability of transport equipment equipped with alternative power sources in Lapland. Education in the automotive and logistics industry equipped with alternative power sources is planned so that it meets the changed needs of working life. Automotive and logistics teacherdeveloping the competence of the personnel regarding the implementation of alternative power sources for heavy equipment, as well as the
learning environment.
In the investment project, a learning environment according to the alternative power source selected based on the usability study is planned. In the project
competitionbased on the usability study, an up-to-date truck equipped with alternative power sources utilizing new technology and a suitable learning environment will be built.
