- Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences (JAMK) is acquiring an electronic archiving solution for four years (48 months), which meets the requirements of legislation for the long -term storage of electronic documentary information accumulated in JAMK's operations. The purpose of the acquired system is to enable information life cycle management, taking into account security and data protection. The procurement also takes into account the possible requirements of the national level storage solution. JAMK has an electronic case management system and information management system (Tweb and web-sheet), which will be integrated with the solution to be acquired. Production and integration into the information management system and the case management system by 30 June 2025.
