Description:
The Bank of Finland (hereinafter referred to as "subscriber" or "contracting entity") requests a bid for the contract notification published in the Hilma advertisement channel and, in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes, for the acquisition of Anaconda licenses (also "Service"). Business Tier licensing. The subscriber will try to place the first order for the period 10.10.2025-10.10.2026. The number of licenses to be ordered for this period is about 45. The offer must also include operating aid for licensing and user interface management. The need is due to anaconda Ltd. has raised its prices, which results in the national procurement limit exceeded. No longer offers the same licenses during the contract period, the tenderer may provide the subscriber with the consent of the customer with regard to the above licenses Licenses. The subscriber selects one (1) supplier with whom it concludes an indefinite contract. The agreement begins with the signing of the agreement. Parts offers are not allowed. The procurement is not divided into parts because the purchase of maintenance from one supplier is most cost -effective. Alternative offers are not allowed. The amount of procurement provided in the invitation to tender is estimated and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation or a supplier to provide exclusive rights service.
