Description:
The subject of the procurement is a financial data analysis and visualization service tailored to the use of the State Treasury's fiscal policy control.
The procurement includes five separate services, which are:
1. R program or R suitable for analyzing macroeconomics and public finances based on R code-program-based user interface,
1.1 Domestic economic heatmap,
1.2 EU Heatmap,
2. Pattern data bank of macroeconomics and public finances and
3. Data base on forecasts of key forecasters of the Finnish economy (Vintaget)
VTV (Subscriber) acquires at least macroeconomic and public finance Anala user interface suitable for ysointing and a domestic heat map on its external pages right at the beginning of the contract period. The Subscriber will decide separately on the acquisition of the EU Heatmap related to the whole 1. no later than two (2) years after the contract period has started.
Other services (2. Macroeconomicsand public finance pattern data bank and 3. Data base) implementation schedule depends on the final costs and the needs of the Subscriber, and they may only be acquired later during the contract period, however no later than two (2) years after the contract period has started, if theylet's get it.
All services are used by approximately 10 people at the same time, and the services must be able to be used from VTV's own server reserved for use. VTV retains the rights, development opportunities and content of all services customized during the contract period also during the contract period...
