Description:
With this call for tenders, Helsinki's urban environment department tenders the framework arrangement of analysis services related to buildability as a procurement ring (later also the customer) together with Stara (hereafter Stara), the construction services business of the city of Helsinki.
The customer orders lalaboratory analyzes of research sites related to the construction of the Helsinki area, renovation sites, and interim storage, disposal and processing areas.
The procurement is divided into seven (7) sub-areas as follows:
Sub-area 1: Soil samples
Sub-area 2: Sediment samples
Sub-area 3: Water sampleeet
Sub-area 4: Air samples
Sub-area 5: Growth medium samples
Sub-area 6: Asbestos samples
Sub-area 7: Other harmful substance samples of building materials
The offer can be made from one or more sub-areas. Partial offers within the sub-region are not accepted, with the exception of the transport service and separately for mdefined rapid analyses, as well as air pumps, the provision of which is voluntary.economic advantage, the basis of which is the cheapest price.
SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT
The expected value of the framework arrangement excluding value added tax during the entire contract period (including possible option periods) is 6,600,000 euros and the maximum value excluding value added tax is 9,100,000 euros.
