Description:
The object of the procurement is an analysis system for unstructured data and its support, maintenance, development and expert services.
To implement the system, a ready-made software solution will be acquired. The acquisition includes the training required for the delivery, implementation and use of the finished software solutiont and linguistic analysis services. In addition, the purchase includes off-the-shelf software, including off-the-shelf software updates, support and maintenance. The user interface of the system must be in Finnish.
The system will be used nationwide by the police. Own the system and thatmaintained by the Police Board. The system is used by the Police Board and its subordinate police units. The Police Board can also grant access rights to the system to other official users of the police information system. The main users of the system are analysts from different police units and e.gresearchers, as well as management. The system is used for operational, tactical and strategic needs. In the first phase, a source information system with a different technical implementation will be integrated into the system, and later during the contract period, possibly a few additional source information systemsa.
The main purpose of the system is the processing, mining and classification of unstructured material collected within the closed security network of the authorities, but also from the internet environment, taking into account the legislation and data protection principles for the processing of personal data.
