Description:
The acquisition of two areas is divided into 1. Anesthesia -, and 2. Surgery The acquisition of the ERP system and, and option, Power ERP system (later also the system) for the use of the Kymenlaakso Welfare Area for the 48 -month contract period. OptionThe ERP system cannot be offered alone, but the option can be offered if you provide either of the systems described in 1-2 areas or in both areas. The subscriber reserves the possibility as an option to resume subdivisions 1-2 and the efficiency of the option as a continuous use of ERP systemsAs a service indefinitely, as a valid agreement at the end of the actual contract period. The client will decide on the possible use of the option and to extend its operations separately. By the end of the actual contract period, the subscriber will decide on the use of the option. Acquisitionis described in more detail in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. In addition to the actual system, the acquisition includes the associated installation, commissioning, training, reporting, maintenance, support, integration, analysis and development services. Systems deployment should take place Q1/2026during. The subscriber reserves the opportunity to change schedule. The commissioning shall be deemed to have taken place when the subscriber has separately approved the submitted system and the system meets all the requirements set out in this invitation to tender and in its Annexes.
