Description:
The procurement concerns the purchase of upper boots in 2023 for use by the Finnish Defense Forces.
The products are manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications drawn up by the Logistics Department of the Finnish Defense Forces.
The quantity to be procured in 2023 is 476-9726 SHOES, UPPER-\M05
7,000 pairs /- 30%.
2023 tentativethe size range for the procurement quantity is attached to the request for tender. The full assortment is specified with a purchase order.
In addition, the purchase includes options for the years 2024 and 2025.
Option for the year 2024: 15,000 pairs /- 30%
Option for the year 2025: 15,000 pairs /- 30%
The amounts of the options are estimates. According to the option Tuwide has the right, but not the obligation, to redeem the option.
Separate decisions and purchase orders are made in writing about possible option acquisitions, in which the amount of the acquisition to be redeemed is notified to the Offeror
by the end of April of the year in question.
Additional procurement reservations are included in the procurementfor equipping crisis management and international forces and the Border Guard during the contract's validity period. Additional purchase reservations are a maximum of 20% of the total value of the purchase.
Possible additional purchase orders are made in separate purchase orders. The offered prices must also apply to lfather's procurement reservations.
Shoes are used by conscripts as holiday shoes, service shoes in the barracks area and as terrain and combat shoes in dry conditions.
To verify the conformity of the offered products, the bidder must attach samples to his bid.
