- HUS-yhtyma (later the "Customer") requests offers for the overall service of delivering anniversary gifts in the form of gift cards for HUS-yhtyma's staff in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. Gift cards are issued, for example, on birthdays (50th, 60th and 70th) and on the basis of years of service (years of service 10-years, 20-years, 30-years, 40-years and 50-years) and due to retirement as well as other possible small-scale needs during the contract period. Gift cards are worth €100, €150 and €200 (0% VAT). Non-binding rough estimate of deliverables of gift card purchases on an annual basis: - €100 gift card approx. 2,900 pcs - €150 gift card approx. 300 pcs - €200 gift card approx. 750 pcs An anniversary gift can be either a material gift, i.e. a physical tangible product redeemable with a gift card, or an intangible gift, i.e. redeemable with a gift card a physical, practical service or donation to charity. As an operating model, the gift recipient is delivered a gift card, which the owner of the gift card can use for the selection of products specified by the supplier (and approved by the Subscriber) or the selection of services in the form of services or charitable donations to the contained objects. To redeem gift cards, an electronic portal maintained by the supplier must be used and the product, service or donation to be redeemed can be ordered electronically.
