- Annual service contract delivery includes scaffolding systems for both planned and unplanned maintenance downtime. Scaffolding systems must be installed in existing production facilities in accordance with the final tender request. Institutions to which services can be ordered: Toppila Power Plant Laanila Ekovoimalaitos Laanila Biopower Plant Merikoski power plant Rusko sorting plant, Syklo Oy Oulun Energia Kenve Oy (Chemistry) Separate facilities in different parts of Oulu Other possible new ones institutions For a planned shutdown, the delivery must include scaffolding systems that enable boiler plant maintenance work up to a certain height. During the time between maintenance shutdowns, the racks will be stored at the Supplier's premises and will be installed At the request of the subscriber. Resource needs for planned downtimes are reviewed with the supplier before the downtime begins. For unplanned downtime, the delivery must include a certain amount of stock, which is in case of a sudden need for maintenance Can be installed immediately by the supplier. The rack system delivered for storage will be stored outdoors in the Customer's facility area. In addition to this, for unplanned downtimes, the Supplier must prepare for the sudden need for maintenance to the scope of delivery in the agreed response time. The delivery must comply with Finnish law and regulations, as well as other official regulations and requirements in force in Finland at any given time, as well as the Customer's security requirements. ...
