Description:
The City of Helsinki Asunnot Oy (Heka) tenders the annual maintenance, washing and repair services of the deep collection tanks. The service covers all Heka sites with deep collection tanks, estimated at about 120 items.
The service provider must be prepared to repair, maintain and supply spare parts For all deep collection tank manufacturers products and tanks. If the repair is delayed, the service provider must have the ability to supply a replacement waste management to ensure that the waste management is intermittent.
The agreement is made with one (1) service provider.
The contract period is two (2) years and 1 + 1 years of the contract year.
