- Kokkola's city parks and sports facilities - the unit requests your offer for the annual maintenance of skate parks for the year 2026. The maintenance program for cast-in-place skate parks in 2026 includes:* Hollihaan skate park at Hollihaantie 6, 67100 Kokkola.* Koivuhaa skatepark at Paarmanpolku 10, 67800 Kokkola. Skateparks, pictures and their sizes in square meters are listed in appendix 1 of the request for tenders (Skateparks and locations). Minimum care measures are listed under: procurement object. The bidding company must have the resources, know-how and necessary equipment to be able to carry out the maintenance contract. The bidder must present at least 3 references of similar maintenance contracts and attach pictures of them with information about this as attachments to the request for tenders in the tender attachments section. In addition, the tenderer must attach to his tender a working method description describing the maintenance work to be carried out. The tenderer must familiarize himself with the serviced skateparks before submitting the tender. completed, the tenderer will make a report with pictures of the maintenance measures carried out in the skate parks and hand it over to the customer. Separate invoicing, delivery or other surcharges and delivery costs are not accepted. Tenders will be selected on the basis of overall economics the most affordable service that meets the conditions of the request for quotation.
