Description:
Seinajoki education municipality's real estate services is looking for framework contract suppliers to carry out HVAC work for the duration of the framework agreement in accordance with the tender documents for the properties maintained by the education municipality. The procurement is divided into parts: Part 1) Heating, water, drainage and ventilation works and supplies Part 2) Electrical work and supplies The following properties are the subject of acquisition: In Seinajoki, the properties are at Asuntola Ammattikoulunkatu 5, Toernavantie 24 and Rastaantival 2. Currently, part of the municipal corporation's operations are also in Seinajoki in the premises of the former City-Market, Suupohjantie 45. Ilmajoentie 525 in Ilmajoki, Ammattikoulunkatu 10 in Lapua and Tuomarniementie 55 in Ahtari, where the new building will be commissioned on 1 December 2025. All areas consist of a total of 50 buildings and have a gross area of approx. 85,000 square meters. 000€ (VAT 0%) per year. In the maintenance of real estate, there will be emergency repair work that must be done immediately to avoid further damage or danger, as well as work that must be done in the agreed schedule.
