• The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration are requesting bids for the low-threshold individual mental well-being training to be procured for the cities of Kaarina, Parainte, Salo and Turku in accordance with this call for tenders for the period 1 January 2027 (target) - 31.12.2028 and an option to extend the contract for the period 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2030. The contract will be concluded with one supplier starting on January 1, 2027 (target). Need is related to supporting the ability to work at an early stage, diversifying work careers and partly also preventing absences. The goal is that mental well-being training started at a sufficiently early stage could in some cases also prevent absences caused by mental health reasons. The object of the procurement is specifically early stage preventive support at the stage when a change in working capacity is detected. Appendix 2 describes the background, need, and goals of the procurement target and the work capacity management process. The estimated amount of the service is 50 customers/year (City of Turku) and a total of 50 customers/year for the other regional municipalities under procurement, i.e. the estimated total volume is a total of 100 customers/year. Jokaiselle asiakkaalle 5 individual coaching sessions are given and the duration of one coaching session is approximately 45 minutes.
