Description:
TVT Asunnot Oy requests offers for apartment repairs for the contract period ending September 30, 2027.
The works are varying degrees of painting, floor covering and equipment repair, and furniture, waterproofing and tiling renewals, as well as repairs to HVAC and other building components. Renovation of entire houses and other comprehensive repairs are not included in this acquisition.
About 2,000 work is done every year. The total value of the acquisition is approximately € 8,000,000/year (incl. VAT 25.5 %). An estimate of the amount or value of the repair is not bonded by the subscriber. The quantities used in the invitation to tender are not anticipated orders but are used only in the bidding comparison.
Apartment repair work is described in the building report attached to the invitation to tender and related model templates ARK1-4. The replacement cleaning of the apartment for repairs is also described in the Annex to the invitation to tender.
The subscriber will determine the possible permit for the construction work and apply for the necessary permits. The contractor must be subjected to authorized work in accordance with the construction regulations Responsible supervisor. The contractor must also place a skilled work management for other work.
The procurement is made with a framework agreement with 7-9 contractors. At least the seven cheapest benchmarks are selected as contractors. Also eighth and ninth cheapest benchmark translation
