Description:
TVT Asunnot Oy requests offers for apartment repairs for the contract period ending on 14.12.2027. The acquisition applies to apartment repairs, which are made in both populated and empty apartments. The works are varying degrees of painting, floor covering and equipment repair, and furniture, waterproofing and tiling renewals, as well as repairs to HVAC and other building components. Renovation of entire houses and other comprehensive repairs are not included in this acquisition. The work is done every year in about 2,000 apartments. The total value of the acquisition is approximately € 8,000,000/year (incl. VAT 25.5 %). An estimate of the amount or value of the repair is not bonded by the subscriber. The quantities used in the invitation to tender are not anticipated order quantities but are used only in the bidding comparison. Housing repairs are described in the building report attached to the invitation to tender and related model templates ARK1-4. The replacement cleaning of the apartment, which is included in the repair work, is also described in the appendix to the invitation to tender. The subscriber will determine the possible authorization of the construction work and apply for the necessary permits. The contractor must be subjected to authorized work in accordance with the construction regulations Responsible supervisor. The contractor must also place a skilled work management for other work.
