- Separate networks are requesting participation in the fiber optic cable network troubleshooting and documentation service in land and inland water areas for purchasing in southern and northern Finland.
The aim is to agree on a fiber optic network defect that includes the following entities:
- troubleshooting
- in the failure More accurate location of the fault as needed
- Time prioritization and resourceing for the need for troubleshooting
- Documentation of a fixed defect/fault location
Fault Repair Response Time in Land: A journey to the work site must start if necessary two (2) hours after the subscriber's operating center from the notification.
Fault Repair Response Time in Inland Water Areas: Fault repair in inland water areas is agreed on a case -by -case basis.
The subscriber will select a separate service provider for Southern Finland and Northern Finland with whom it concludes.
Geographical division: Northern Finland: Lapland, Kainuu and Northern Ostrobothnia
The customer also has the right to use other actors for individual troubleshooting. Such situations may be, for example, if any other actor other than the contract partner is already in the failure And this gives the subscriber a fault repair faster and economically cheaper.
The bidding phase of the procurement procedure is selected by all candidates who meet the aptitude requirements.
