• Erillisverkot invites applications for participation in the procurement of fiber optic cable network troubleshooting and documentation services in land and inland water areas in Southern and Northern Finland. The goal is to agree on the troubleshooting of the fiber optic network, which includes the following entities: - Bug fix - At the point of failure, more precise localization of the fault as needed - Temporal prioritization and resourcing of the need for fault correction - Documentation of the corrected defect/defect location Fault correction response time in rural areas: The journey to the work site is if necessary, start two (2) hours after the notification of the Subscriber's Operation Center. Fault repair response time in inland water areas: Fault repairs in inland water areas are agreed on a case-by-case basis. The customer will choose for Southern Finland and Northern Finland separately the service provider with which it enters into an agreement. Geographical division: Northern Finland: Lapland, Kainuu and Northern Ostrobothnia Southern Finland: other Finnish provinces The contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer. The subscriber also has the right to use other operators for individual troubleshooting. Such situations can occur, for example, if an operator other than the contract partner is already at the site of the fault and the customer thus gets the fault rectified faster and in an overall economic way more affordable. All candidates who meet the suitability requirements are selected for the tender stage of the procurement procedure.
