Description:
The Digital and Population Information Agency (DVV) is requesting offers for the appointment booking system implemented as a Saas service and related support and maintenance services. The procurement also includes the procurement of registration and display devices described in more detail in the procurement documents.
The object of the procurement is more detaileddefined in the "Procurement description" attached to the request for tender. The mandatory and scored requirements related to the appointment booking system that is the subject of procurement are presented in the appendix "Requirements list". The contractual conditions are presented in the attached "Draft Contract" and to itin the other appendices included.
DVV's customers can book an appointment electronically for the services and offices specified by DVV with the help of the appointment booking system. The service is available to appointment customers in an open network and without the requirement of identification. The customer receives from his reservation vanxiety by e-mail or text message, and if necessary, he can cancel his booked appointment through the user interface. An appointment can also be booked by a DVV user or a user of a DVV stakeholder group on behalf of the customer. DVV users and main users of DVV stakeholders must have separate managementa subscription that can be used to manage the services offered through the system, locations and service times, as well as service resources, service descriptions and confirmation and reminder messages related to reservations.
