• Description:
• The contract includes the construction of a new solar pier with equipment and foundations to the extent indicated in the contract documents, in accordance with the tender documents, with all related works and purchases fully completed. The pier to be built is sundeck, which is only used as a lounge deck. The builder is the Public Areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98. The works according to the contract documents must be ready and received and the inspections required by the authorities and inspecting institutions have been approved on 15 September 2026. The form of the contract is an overall contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor as intended by YSE and the legislation as the main implementer. The contractor is responsible for the management duties and site services of the construction site. The work is done as a total price contract. The construction site is implemented in its entirety as a low-emission construction site, the requirements of which can be found in the contract boundary appendix. the amounts are not binding on the customer. The contractor will be chosen as the contractor with the most economically advantageous offer. From an overall economic point of view, the offer that meets the requirements regarding the suitability of the offerer set by the developer is the most economical the cheapest of the offers. The subcontractor/subcontractor of the contractor who is in a contractual relationship with the customer has the right to further subcontract/subcontract the contract.
