Description:
In accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it, the City of Helsinki's Building Services Service Institute, Stara, will request a bid for the architectural design services for small renovation projects. The work mainly focuses on public buildings maintained by the urban environment industryreal estate. The acquisition will be used in particular for the Stara Construction Technology Department.For example, project and architectural planning for small-scale space change work, drawing up building permit documents, work plans and reports, and, if necessary, participating in construction delivery. As a rule, projects in order of magnitude are worth between € 50,000 and 500,000€. The value of the work to be ordered is mainly between 1,000 and € 10,000. Suppliers selected as a supplier do not have the exclusive right to produce the supply of the acquisition.The acquisition includedone (1) two (2) year option period. The introduction of the option is entirely under the consideration of the subscriber.
