• North Karelia's procurement agency requests a bid for the master and architectural design of the renovation of the Puoliväli daycare located at Viljatie 2, Ylämylly, as well as the task of the information model coordinator for the request for bids and its appendices The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The procurement must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. regarding the structure, equipment, occupational and fire safety, and electrical safety. The customer recommends that the bidder has familiarized himself with the object on site before the end of the question period stated in the request for tender. If the provider fails to get acquainted to the construction site, the bidder cannot later refer to facts that might have come to light during the inspection.
