Description:
The City of Helsinki Asunnot Oy (later Heka) competes for parking control in yard and parking areas for its destinations. Heka has about 560 items (https://www.hekaoy.fi) and about 29,000 parking spaces. Some of the parking spaces are in parking companies whose control is not taken into account herein tendering. There are less than 7,000 non -rented parking spaces, including renovation sites (situation 24.6.2024). This applies to courtyards, rescue roads, parking areas and their non-rented parking spacesBoth disabled and guest seats. In addition, the aim is to get rid of the fixed-term paper parking permits added to the windscreen by moving to a digital parking permit that would operate with the vehicle registration number. This applies in practice to Heka's staff vehicles, contractors andPossibly guest parking parking permits. Later, the parking spaces of the shared parking garages used by Heka residents will also be added to the control agreement. Parking control contact person is the property manager.Parking fee appointed by the authority in Helsinki. The bid comparison is made 100 %on qualitative grounds. The agreement is valid for a period of at least 2.5 years and up to 5.5the year.
