• Our IT ja talous Oy (later Meita/Tilaaja) is acquiring an artificial intelligence service for the routing and accounting of invoices without purchase orders, which can be used to increase the degree of automation in the processing of purchase invoices and to increase the number of invoices used for accounting manual work time minimized. The object of the acquisition is an Artificial Intelligence service for the processing of purchase invoices, which can be connected to any purchase invoice system. The Subscriber's Customers have two different purchase invoicing systems in use: Basware P2P and CGI DataCycle360. The procurement covers the implementation of the service, the continuous service and any necessary licenses, the supplier's support and maintenance services, and other expert and consulting services related to the object of the procurement. The artificial intelligence service that is the subject of the procurement is acquired as a software service, meaning that the service is offered from an environment managed by the Supplier in such a way that the Subscriber is only responsible for the equipment, software, telecommunications connections and the end user's support. In the acquisition of the service, the goal is to provide a cost-effective solution for the Customers of the Client, which enables extensive automation of the processing of purchase invoices, in addition to the own automations of the purchase invoice systems, information security and data protection requirements taking into account. The service must be in the active development phase of its life cycle and it must be guaranteed maintenance for at least five (5) years after the end of the tender submission period.
