Description: The municipality of Askola is seeking a service provider for sports and property maintenance services. The contract is four years from 1 July 202 to 30 June 2026. The agreement includes two (2) one (1) one (1) year option period (1.7.2026-30.6.2027 and 1.7.2027 to 30.6.2028).
Service production includes regional treatments and real estate maintenance in sports areas during the summer and winter season, beach care and real estate maintenance during the summer season, making and maintenance of ski nets during the winter season.
The areas subject to the contract and their functions are identified in the Askola Sports Area Description and the attached documents.
