This announcement will be related to the acquisition of a roadworthy road plan later to be launched by the project "VT 4 Iin bypass, TS".
Highway 4 is Finland's most important northern-south road connection, which is part of the main routes of Finnish roads and is part of the international Ten-T core network corridor.Traffic problems in the Oulu -Kemi connection are emphasized in daily traffic, so it is necessary to improve the road. Development measures can eliminate the worst traffic problems in the connection and secure daily business and other traffic needs.
