Description:
The object of the acquisition is the purchase of Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian Jira licenses for the use of the Subscriber. The procurement unit selects one (1) bidder as a supplier on the basis of tendering and enters into a procurement contract with this bidder.
Metsaehallitus has started piloting Jira and Confluence productsoe in June 2022. There are slightly less than one hundred (100) users in the environment. During the pilot use, a playbook has been written that guides the use of Metsaehallitus' Jira/Confluence.
Metsaehallitus has designated main users. There are three (3) of them. Administrators are the primary point of contactto tjes. The contact points of the expert named in the tender (and his deputy) are the main users of Metsaehallitus.
The procurement is carried out using an open procedure in accordance with § 32 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The expected value of the acquisition exceeds the EU threshold
