Description:
The Bank of Finland (hereinafter referred to as the "contracting entity") requests a bid in accordance with the contract notice published in the Hilma announcement channel and its annexes.
The target of the acquisition is to check the accounts and financial statements of the Bank of FinlandIn the manner referred to in Article 27 of the Central Bank (ECB). The audit of the Bank of Finland includes two separate areas, the audit of the actual Bank of Finland and the ECB inspection of reserves. The administration of the Bank of Finland is not part of the contract.

The contract will enter into force The signature is valid for the audit of 2026-2031 for the financial years. The board of the Bank of Finland will make a procurement decision as conditional. The agreement may only be concluded when the Council of the European Union(Council of Ministers) has approved the Bank of Finland's Auditor on the basis of a proposal of the Council of the ECB.
