- The agreement covers the audit of 2025-2028 for the years 2025-2028 and the secretary tasks of the Audit Board. The agreement will expire when the council has approved the 2028 financial statements. The agreement also includes auditing of the municipal subsidiaries and includes Honkainfra Oy, Kiinteistoe Oy Puolanka rental houses and Real Estate Oy Puolanka Created Offices. The agreement includes an option for similar tasks for 2029 and 2030. It is estimated that 10 working days/year for the basic government are estimated to be required for the basic union, 3 working days/year for subsidiaries. The duties of the Secretary of the Audit Board are estimated to be required 5 working days/year. The offer must state at least the following:- Total tax-free inspection day and inspection hour, including travel and other costs.- Additional date and lesson price possible In terms of project inspections.- Information on the qualifications and work experience of the responsible auditor and the qualifications of assistant inspectors Inspection experience and/or qualification in the inspection of EU projects-the share of the responsible JHT inspector for the billed working time .-- In Puolanka The share of the work to be done in the chargeable working time.
