Description:
Request for tenders concerned the administrative and financial audit services in accordance with the City of Pori (410/2015) and auditing services in accordance with the Auditing Act (1141/2015) of the City's subsidiaries. Acquisition comprises: a)In accordance with sections 122 and 123 of the Municipal Law.b) in accordance with the statutory audit of the City of Pori's subsidiaries 2025-2028 in accordance with Section 3: 1.1 of the Auditing Act. The target is the accounting, financial statements and administration of the Community or Foundation. (c) Auditor's certificates required by EU projects.D)In the financial years of statutory sustainability reporting 2025-2028, in accordance with Article 3: 1.1a of the Audit Act, the City of Pori's subsidiaries, which are sustainability reporting companies (Accounting Act 7: 2.1 Article 9). In addition, the acquisition includes the following options: - Option 1: two (2) yearsOption period (anniversary 2029 and 2030)- Option 2: Possible small-scale additional assignments and acquisition of expert service in specific specified assignments. The pricing of the service provider's offer is used in pricing. The decision on additional assignments and expert servicesThe procurement is made by the inspector. The acquisition has not been divided into parts for different service providers, since its implementation in terms of information flow, risk management and contract management in the city group is not appropriate.
