• The subject of the procurement is the administration and financial audit of the Itä-Savo educational municipality association in accordance with the Municipal Act (410/2015) and the other audit services separately mentioned in the request for tenders regarding the fiscal years 2026 - 2027 + as an option, the years 2028 - 2029. Audit in accordance with the Municipal Act The scope of the JHT audit in accordance with the Municipal Act, for which a bid is requested and on the basis of which bids are compared, is 20 days a year. Inspection day means a 7.5-hour working day. The number of inspection days is estimate and does not bind the customer. The audit of the subsidiary is included in the aforementioned number of audit days. In addition to the audit report, the auditor is obliged to report to the audit committee on the content of the audit plan, its implementation and of observations made in the audit work at least twice during the accounting period. In order to carry out the reporting, the auditor is required to participate in the meetings of the audit committee twice a year and, if necessary, more often when invited separately. Audit board meetings may be included in the audit days. Audit of projects and other special tasks The offer is requested for other audit services (a JHT auditor is required) as follows: • Audits required by the projects • Other separately requested inspection services The use of these services is agreed separately as needed and is charged at an hourly rate.
