Description : The City of Lappeenranta (the contracting authority) is planning a procurement of an automated ticketing and fare collection system.
This is a request for information (RFI) / notification for a technical dialogue to identify potential markets and prepare gather information for the procurement. The contracting authority may use the responses received during the technical dialogue in the planning of the future procurement. Responding to this RFI and participating in a dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in the future procurement. The answers from participants involved no binding. No compensation will be paid to those involved in the RFI.
The City of Lappeenranta has prepared a set of draft documents describing the scope of the planned procurement, and a questionnaire for participating the technical dialogue. Economic operators interested in participating the technical dialogue may request the documentation by email. Please send inquiries to jaana.pousi@lappeenranta.fi.
