Description:
The Geological Research Center (GTK) acquires an automatic pressure filter for the filtration of mineral materials for the GTK Mintec pilot plant from Roxia Oy. The filter is intended for filtering concentrates and especially tailings. The capacity of the device is rated at a maximum of 1000 kg/h of dry matter in the filter cake. The package also includes the feed pump's pump well with mixer. Previous procurement procedures: Two open tenders for the procurement were published (procurement notices GTK/243/02.03.01/2024, 16.5.2025 and GTK/528/02.03.01/2025, 11.7.2025) at the address sukkurtaylokvaet.fi and the EU's TED service. No bids were received by the deadlines for submitting bids (June 25 and August 18, 2025 at 12:00). Basis for direct procurement: Because no bids were received in the open procedures, the procurement will be carried out as a direct procurement in accordance with section 40, subsection 2, point 1 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The terms of the procurement do not change substantially from the original call for tenders published on July 11, 2025. The time of the offer Suitability: The procedure checked the suitability of the bidder and the information given on the ESPD forms. It was concluded that the tenderer meets the requirements and is not subject to the mandatory or discretionary grounds for exclusion referred to in the Procurement Act.
