Description:
The purchasing services of the group services of the North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) requests your offer for "Autorefractometers" in accordance with this tender request and its attachments. The duration of the contract is three (3) years, after which there is a possibility of one (1) one (1) year option. The subscriber decides on the option for equipment-related consumables, the contract is valid for a fixed period of four (4) years and continues indefinitely after that. The procurement unit selects one (1) Supplier whose solution is the best in terms of price-quality ratio (economically the most economical). The purchase quantities of equipment supplies stated in the request for tender are estimated consumption quantities for four (4) years and they are notified to the tenderers only to support the making of the tender. The procurement contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the procurement entity, but the actual consumption may be greater or smaller. The welfare area allocates funds for procurements according to this call for tenders each year separately. Procurements are carried out each year within the framework of the allocations. If the allocation is not granted at all in a certain year, no purchases in accordance with the procurement decision will be made in that year make.
