- The North Ostrobothnia welfare area (hereinafter Pohde) establishes a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DPS), the target of which is various cars for the North Ostrobothnia welfare area.
Procurements are made within the dynamic procurement system with separate tender requests. Dynamic procurement systemThe contract is valid until 28 February 2025, option 1 March 2025-28 February 2026.
The dynamic procurement system is divided into ten (10) independent categories (sub-areas) during the establishment phase:
1. city cars
2. small middle class cars
3. large middle class cars
4. small SUVs and smallet SUVs
5. mid-size SUVs and mid-size SUVs
6. large SUVs and large SUVs
7. medium van body cars
8. large van body cars
9. minivans
10. large minivans and minibuses
A dynamic procurement system is requireddescribed by Kemm in a separate appendix, Appendix 1.
The customer does not commit to any minimum order quantities, but orders are placed as needed.
