Description:
The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration are requesting bids for the AV materials to be acquired for the City of Turku and other procurement entities specified in the request for bids.
The procurement consists of six sub-assemblies:
1. Jazz and Blues
2 Pop and Rock
3. Art music
4. LPs
5. Console games add-onine
6. Photo recordings
The tenderer can offer for one or more sub-units.
Materials are acquired for libraries and other offices of procurement units according to the needs of the subscribers.
Material acquisitions can be made due to availability and time factors, as well as guaranteeing the versatility of the collectionsto be made from other suppliers as well.
The estimated total value of the purchase without value added tax is around 300,000 euros / year without commitment. The subscriber does not commit to a specific purchase quantity or value.
Jazz and Blues CDs
The offer must state the estimated annual number of new titles, the total supplyn quantity as well as how and how often the offer is notified to the subscriber. The novelty material must be offered as clear entities, each Title only once as novelty list material.
Product information must be received electronicallySt. The product information must contain the following elements: name of the recording, author (e.g. composer/performer), publication date, genre of music, duration, short content description, product number (EAN code or other product identifier) and price. The supplier is responsible for the up-to-dateness of the product information he supplies.
