Description:
Customs (later the contracting entity) requests this contract notice for participation in the acquisition to purchase ballistic protective vests and related accessories, in accordance with this request and its attachments. Protective vests for procurement are intended for the use of authoritiesfor use with official and civilian clothing. Future tendering will consist of two areas. 1) Protective vests 2) Purchase equipment The acquisition is carried out as a joint procurement with Customs in addition to Customs, CMC Finland and the Criminal Sanctions Agency. EachThe contracting entity signed independent contracts with a sub-region-specific bidding tenderer. The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annex 1 of the request for participation.Used with official and civilian clothing. A more detailed description of the procurement is in Annex 1 of the request for participation. Annual acquisition of future purchases depends on the needs of the contracting entities and availablefrom existing funding, and may vary from year to year. The validity of the agreement is to be implemented in such a way that the contract would bind the parties to the time limit, after which the agreement would continue to be valid for an indefinite period.
