- This is a small procurement below the national threshold value. The Aleksinkulma building is a building protected by the site plan, and all demolition, repair and alteration work must be carried out delicately, on museum grounds and using existing material and respecting cultural layers. Aleksinkulma consists of several buildings from different eras on the plot at the corner of Aleksanterinkatu and Hallituskatu. Hansaosa refers to the stone-built part along Hallituskatu and Aleksinkulma the log-built part means the part located along Aleksanterinkatu. The part from the 1970s located between the previous ones will be demolished during the project and replaced with a new part.
