- The city of Helsinki is organizing an architectural competition for the design of the basic improvement and expansion of the cultural center Stoa. The purpose of the competition is to solve the main architectural idea of the basic improvement and expansion of the functionally renewed and culturally more multi-voiced Stoa and space concept and draw up a plan that takes into account the values and characteristics of the existing building, a high-level urban plan that opens up and connects the cultural center to the future Stoa park. Working groups with a task defined in the competition program can register for the competition required professional skills and experience in a demanding modern architecture renovation project, in the design of a cultural building with an emphasis on public presentation and education, as well as the degrees presented in this announcement.
