• Description:
• Tammela brick school (building 2) is located in the Tammela district at Ilmarinkatu 17, 33500 Tampere. The condition of the brick school requires heavy basic improvement. According to the approved site plan, the south end of the building, which is protected, will be fundamentally improved (approx. 1125brm2) and the northern parts will be replaced by a new building (approx. 4700bmr2). The project pilots the reuse of construction products in accordance with the site plan regulation and the circular economy guidelines of the city of Tampere. The form of contract is shared contract. Construction engineering the contractor of the works acts as the main contractor and the main implementer as defined by the legislation, who is responsible for the management duties of the construction site. The contracts for plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation work are carried out as side contracts subordinated to the main contract.
