• Tammela brick school (building 2) is located in the Tammela district at Ilmarinkatu 17, 33500 Tampere. According to the approved site plan, the southern end of the building, which is protected, will be fundamentally improved and the northern parts will be replaced with a new building. In the project the reuse of construction products is being piloted in accordance with the site plan regulation and the circular economy guidelines of the city of Tampere. The form of contract is shared contract. The contractor of construction works acts as the main contractor and as intended by the legislation as the main contractor, who is responsible for the management duties of the construction site. The contracts for plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation work are carried out as side contracts subordinated to the main contract. Demolition works will be included in the main contract.
