Description:
The object of the procurement is the fundamental improvement of the heating method of Riihimaki's Jukola School and Kindergarten in accordance with this Request for Tenders and the attached documents. The contract includes the conversion of the heating system from oil heating to a geothermal system. In addition, an air conditioner will be built at the site in connection with the contractis the supply air cooling system for the nursery and kitchen IV machines according to the plans. the contract includes geothermal and cooling systems and the equipment they require and their controls. Everything Should Be Connected to the Control of the Building Automation System of the Real Estate Via Vyyla, ButIf necessary, it can also be operated as a separate unit. The construction work is planned to start in November 2023 and the construction work is estimated to last until September 2024.
