Description:
The project focuses on the extensive technical and functional basic improvement of the maintenance building and the technical basic repair of the ice rink, which will ensure usability for the next 10 years.
The sports venue services of the culture and leisure sector are responsible for the use of the buildings.
Maintenance buildingsits gross area is 2910m2 240m2 (IVKH). The gross area of the ice rink is 3191m2, and the work mainly focuses on the construction of the new IV engine room and smaller repairs to other facilities.
A new IV machine room will be built in the maintenance building, and at the same time the entire water ceiling will be renewed. In addition, we unload and rakethe existing sub-base structures are re-instated. The building technology will be renewed in its entirety, including the replacement of the main heat source with geothermal heat, thereby giving up district heating. In addition, the refrigeration system serving the ice rink and the artificial ice rink will be completely renewed in connection with the projectssa.
The artificial ice rink and its area (about 15,600m2) will be completely renewed. This includes the removal of the current coating to the necessary extent, the installation of new pipelines and the construction of drainage ditches in the area.
In addition, the ice rink ata new warm-up space will be built in the ari, which may be implemented as an option in connection with the project. The external gutters around the ice rink will be renewed.
Furthermore, the old metal service stairs outside the ice rink will be dismantled and new stairs will be built in a new location according to the plans...
