• Description:
• The building site of the University of Turku Botanical Garden is located at: Ruissalo puistotie 215, 20100 Turku. The building technology and partly the construction technical parts of the Ruissalo Botanical Garden have come to the end of their life cycle. Building technology will be renovated to the extent indicated by the plans, and construction technical changes, demolition work and new structures will be carried out on the site. The property will be in use throughout the construction work. The destination is frequented by many customers and groups of tourists and schoolchildren. Users movement in the construction site area must be taken into account already in the preliminary planning of the work. The project is implemented as a shared contract, where the construction contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main contractor as defined by YSE 1998. The construction contract includes all construction technical works, including earthworks and demolition works, as well as the works and obligations arising from other contracts in accordance with the tender documents and the plans mentioned in the list of documents. In addition to the main and construction contracts, the following are tendered side contracts: Plumbing contractor Plumbing contractor includes plumbing work according to the plans mentioned in the list of documents, cooling equipment work and work resulting from other contracts according to the tender documents and the plans mentioned in the list of documents and responsibilities.
