- The procurement includes the basic maintenance of one 400 kV 400 MVA transformer at the Lansisalmi
transformer station and its equipping to operational condition and commissioning.
The works are one overall contract. The procurement includes deliveries of necessary documents in accordance with the procurement program, technical specifications and other attached documentsine. The scope includes the following:
- All necessary planning, dismantling of the transformer for maintenance and basic maintenance with LFH drying.
- Equipping the transformer after maintenance to full working condition with new signals and
commissioning at the Lansisalmi station at the time specified in the schedule.
Transformer equipmentin connection with basic maintenance with a new fault gas analyzer
(Vaisala MHT410 or similar).
All additional work must be agreed in advance with the customer. If no unit price has been given for the additional work in the offer, the price of the additional work must also be agreed upon before starting the work. Replacement of parts earlierThe time to be deviating must be approved
by the customer in advance.
The total suspension period for the Lansisalmi ACT1 conversion is 22.4.2024 ... 14.7.2024. The schedule shown below is tied to this suspension period.
Basic maintenance of the ACT1 transformer:
- The transformer will be de-energized from April 22, 2024.
- Even the set beamsthe glasses in it will be dismantled as a separate project immediately after the start of the interruption.
- Removal of the surge protector rack, removal of the set beams and draining the transformer of oil, as well as
after that, the transfer from the foundation can start from 29 April 2024 or as soon as the glasses in front of the set beams have been dismantled.
