• Description:
• The city of Raahe requests bids for basic renovation periods for the period 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2028 (+ option 1 year) as a framework arrangement. The goal is to organize 1-3 (in different locations) one-week (5-day) fitness renovation sessions. The most likely times of the episodes to be implemented are April-May weeks 16-20 and October-November weeks 44-47. The customer decides the implementation weeks later and informs the contract supplier of the choice well before the beginning of the period. Number of participants 10-14 people per period. The group will be assembled in Raahe from the personnel of the city and its subsidiaries (invoicing separately). The fitness renovation site must be within a maximum radius of 350 km from Raahe. The content of the fitness renovation must correspond to the fitness renovation according to Kela's instructions. The service provider needs a fitness renovation the implementer fulfills the conditions set by Kela and the service provider must have an official permit to implement. The two providers who have submitted the most favorable offer will be selected as the service provider. With selected suppliers (2) will be prepared framework contract in order of priority. If only one fitness renovation is organized per year, the fitness renovation service is purchased from the service provider with the first priority and if two fitness renovations are organized, both get one fitness renovation to be arranged. If fitness renovations are organized three times a year, the service provider selected as priority will receive two fitness renovations per year and the one selected in second place will receive one fitness renovation.
