Description:
Stirrers for two minipilot size batch reactors, including a stirrer unit and a compatible stirrer. The reactors have a working volume of 10-15 l (total volume ~20 l). The rotation speed of the mixer must be adjustable and the torque must be able to be measured. The device must be remotely controlled (the reactor is controlled from behind a protective wall). The mixing platform must be a four-blade propeller mixer. The diameter of the mixing plate is between 80-130 mm, the length of the handle is between 450-650 mm and the diameter of the shaft of the handle is at least 8 mm. Other mixer types can be offered as an option. Procurement is part of MinePro2 investment project, one of the goals of which is to renew the Chemplant pilot plant environment of Centria University of Applied Sciences. The Minipilot entity is a key investment, which allows the scalability of processes to be tested more comprehensively. Acquisitions enable high-quality and the latest in the teaching of the utilization of technology and in the RDI activities of the business life of the region. The acquisition supports the special objectives of Action line 7 (Finland of a just transition) 7.1., such as the development of research and innovation environments and ecosystems to support RDI activities growth and strengthening the cooperation and partnership of research, education and business life as well as the third sector.
