Description:
The city of Uusikaupunki wants to offer its staff the opportunity to bicycle benefit as a leasing service. Service refers to bike financial service (leasing) and related services (providing leasing financing, managing the service and providing customer service to the subscriberand for employees). This service procurement is a framework arrangement of one supplier, where all the terms of the arrangement are already defined at the tender phase. The selected journalist concludes a framework agreement with the city of Uusikaupunki. During the framework agreement period, the city (itsPersonnel) placing a separate order for each bicycle. The duration of the framework agreement period is 48 months and, within its coverage, the city acquires wheels worth up to EUR 210,000 (VAT 0 %). Thus, the purchase is a leasing service service, not yet a bicycle itself to be ordered. Town'sAbout 600 people employ, only some of whom are entitled to the benefit. Based on regional statistics, it is expected to rotate less than 10 % of the personnel. The bicycle benefit is fixed at 100 €/month and is reduced monthly from the employee's salary. The employee must be able toFree to choose a sign and model of their bike from any store selling bikes in Finland and a Finnish or European online store.
